Jennifer Powell
Managing Partner, CEO
Jennifer Powell is a highly experienced, award-winning management, business, strategic, and operations consultant. In addition, she is a renowned award-winning serial entrepreneur and speaker, recognized in Forbes, Money Matters, CIO Magazine, Inc Magazine, Business RadioX, GoodMorning Gwinnett, and the Economist, among others. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in business creation, growth, entrepreneurship, management, business planning, strategy, financial modeling, projections, investment process, investment acquisition, grant acquisition, loan acquisition, SBA loans, immigration visa acquisitions, government contracts, market research, and government contract procurement processes.
Jennifer Powell spent the first part of her career within the corporate world, working for companies such as MidAmerica/ FIF, Lucent Technologies, Kyocera Wireless Corporation, ARS/ Current Analysis, and Websense Software Security Systems. After she retired from Websense Software Security System in 2004, she began her first company, a human resource software company. She grew this company to 150 employees, patented the technology, and successfully completed three rounds of financial acquisition, including SBA, Series A, and Series B. She then sold the company to her biggest competitor. Since then, Jennifer has launched and created numerous companies, including the award-winning Sterling Rose Consulting Corp, the logistics company Transcorp National, and is now partnered in creating Coje Consultants. Jennifer Powell is currently the Vice Chair of the not-for-profit Kids Video Connection. She has also sat on Boards such as Bethany Christian Services, Gwinnett Ballet School, Rosemont College, Gwinnett College, American Red Cross, Consumer Electronics Association, Gwinnett Giving Girls, Retail Distribution Association, and the United Cancer Society. She has also been a member of the University Club of San Diego, the 1818 Club of Gwinnett County, Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, Partnership Gwinnett, Dekalb Chamber of Commerce, Huntington Chamber of Commerce, Gardendale Chamber of Commerce, Fultondale Chamber of Commerce, North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, and San Diego Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer Powell is also a member of the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs and of ICCS. Jennifer Powell has also been the keynote speaker at the Retail Association Consortium, CEA Partnership Event, the International CES show, and other national and international conventions.
Jennifer Powell has a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Cornell University and is an Alumni of Leadership Gwinnett. In addition, Jennifer is a Certified Business Consultant from the Florida Institute of Technology and also a Certified Business Plan Writer from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is also a Certified Event Planner, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and a Certified Zoho Partner.
Cody Powell

Cody Powell is a serial entrepreneur with experience in logistics, construction management, warehouse management, business strategy, business consulting, branding, internal business operations, bookkeeping, and management consulting. With over ten years of experience working with companies such as Five Star Renovations, CKK Industries, Roadrunner Transportation, Jenody Enterprises Inc, Sterling Rose Consulting Corp, and now partnering in the creation of Coje Consultants, he brings a great breadth of knowledge and business acumen to his clients. During his career, Cody Powell ranked consistently within the top 2% with all quantifiable targets. He has been honored by ownership of multiple companies and was previously named as a Board Member of the Kids video Connection. In addition, he has been an honored member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and Partnership Gwinnett. and has been a member of the University Club of San Diego and the 1818 Club of Gwinnett County.
